Founded in 2019, Decadance Co works at the intersection of choreographic creation and social engagement. The company develops contemporary dance performances, interdisciplinary projects and programmes for diverse audiences, from children to older people, exploring movement as a form of expression, communication and connection.
Artistic direction is led by choreographer Rachel Lum, alongside Edwin Wee, co-founder and Creative Director. The company’s productions have been presented internationally, while its educational and community projects complement its stage work.
At STEPS 2026, Decadance Co presents The 11th Hour and leads Beyond Sight, a workshop for people with visual impairments.
