The Website is owned and operated by STEPS Association, with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 10 Orăștiei Street, Warehouse 14, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 10A/2014, tax identification number 32668459, represented by Cristian Avram, hereinafter referred to as the “Association” or the “Administrator”.

By accessing and using the Website, users confirm that they have read and understood the provisions of this document.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website www.transilvaniasteps.ro is intended to present the activities of STEPS Association and the Transilvania STEPS International Festival, as well as to promote projects, performances, artists, companies, educational programmes, and other cultural initiatives organised or supported by the Association.

Through the Website, the public may be provided with information including, but not limited to:

  • the programme and events of the Transilvania STEPS International Festival;
  • participating artists and companies;
  • STEPS Association projects and activities;
  • event venues;
  • ticket purchasing options;
  • project partners, funders, and collaborators;
  • previous editions of the festival;
  • photographic, audio-visual, editorial, and press materials;
  • information of interest to the public.

The Website may be accessed and used free of charge for informational, cultural, and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

The Association therefore reserves the right, whenever necessary, to modify:

  • event times or venues;
  • casts;
  • participating artists or companies;

  • other artistic or organisational elements.

Significant changes will be communicated to the public through the Website and/or the Festival’s other official communication channels, where reasonably possible.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content available on www.transilvaniasteps.ro, including, without limitation, texts, articles, descriptions, graphic elements, visual identity elements, logos, photographs, posters, video materials, audio recordings, promotional materials, and other creative works, is protected by copyright and related-rights legislation.

  • STEPS Association;

  • participating companies;
  • partner institutions;
  • other rights holders.
